Statistical Analyses
Now that Dr. Smith's and Dr. Jones' data is in the right form, Dr. Smith is curious about all of their data and wants to analyze certain aspects. She decides to perform some federated analyses on both Datasets using the FCP. She wants to ensure the combined dataset is large enough to support her model and her expected level of accuracy. In addition to the size of the data, she is curious about the distribution of the output labels indicating whether or not a patient had pneumonia in the CXR.
Dr. Smith will define a federated metric for both of her and Dr. Jones' Datasets on the output label to determine the total number of entries in her dataset, as well as a second metric with a filter to determine the distribution of the same feature.
Help Dr. Smith learn more about her and Dr. Jones combined data set by utilizing federated metrics with and without filters by completing Notebook #3: Exploratory Data Analyses, Statistical Testing, and Time Series Analysis
