Data Engineering
Driven by her mission to create a life-saving pneumonia prediction model, Dr. Smith recognized she needed to perform some data engineering for her existing Dataset to be compatible with her model. Her model required JPG images, not DICOM. She would need to develop a container of Python code to run over both her and Dr. Jones' DICOM image Datasets, converting them into a standardized JPG format. Once built, Dr. Smith will push her finished container to her Workgroup's ECR, and then create new Generalized Compute Code. She can then run her new Generalized Compute Code over the DICOM Datasets and generate two new Output Datasets with JPG image files.
Help Dr. Smith convert her and Dr. Jones' DICOM data to JPG using a Generalized Compute Code in the FCP by completing Notebook #2: Federated Data Engineering
