The settings section of Rhino FCP allows you to easily view basic information about your account, as well as client mounted storage and SFTP access details. You can also view information about containers and artifacts. If you have administrative access, you can view user management details as well.
Opening the Settings Screen
To see the settings screen, complete the following steps.
- Select the Profile icon from the bottom left corner in the menu bar.

By default the My Account page appears. Your name and profile icon appears at the top of the page.
- You will also see the following menu items.

| My Account | Contains information about your profile - including your organization and primary workgroup. Allows you to set your Email Password Authentication Settings, and allows you to change your password. |
| Client Mounted Storage | Provides information on your client mounted storage (storage for your data, such as an AWS bucket). |
| SFTP Access | Provides details about SFTP access. |
| Containers & Artifacts | Provides information on your containers and artifacts. |
| User Management | Provides information on the users in Rhino FCP (if you have the appropriate accessses). |
Viewing Information About Your Account
You can view your organization, primary workgroup, security settings, and Rhino Client information from the My Account page. You can also change your password as well.
Viewing Your Account Information
You can view your profile, set email password authentication settings, reset your password, and view your Rhino Client information.
- Your profile appears in the My Account page.
- Your initials, organization name, and your primary workgroup appear in the profile section. The primary workgroup is the name that you’ll use for project collaboration and for identifying team datasets and code that belongs to the team.
Changing Your Password and Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
To change your password, do the following.
- In the My Account page, in the Email Password Authentication section, there is an option to change the password. To do this select the change password button to open the Change Password page.
- [OPTIONAL] It is recommended that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. To do this, slide the switch to the right. ONLY FOR USERNAME/PASSWORD AUTH: This setting only affects username/password authentication, when authenticating via SSO, 2FA is set by the settings from your SSO provider, which are managed by your IT Admin.
Viewing Your Rhino Client Information
To view information about your Rhino Client including the IP address, complete the following steps.
- In the My Account page nformation about your Rhino Client appears in the Your Rhino Client section. If your client is offline, you’ll see a note indicating that you’ll need to contact your IT staff or Rhino support.
- The IP address appears if the Rhino Client is online.

Viewing Connection Details for SFTP Access
To copy data to or from your Rhino Client, to import datasets, or to access exported datasets and model weights, you’ll need your SFTP connection details. To access them complete the following steps.
- Select the Profile icon from the bottom left corner of any page in the menu bar.
- By default the My Account page appears. Your name and profile icon appears at the top of the page.
- Select the SFTP Access link on the left side of the page.
- The IP Address appears if the Rhino Client is online.
- Your credentials used for SFTP data transfer appear under the Credentials heading. Select the button “Reveal Credentials” to view them. The username and password appear.
- Select the copy buttons to the left, one at a time, to copy them to your clipboard.
Viewing Container and Artifact Credentials
Containers & Artifacts show the container registry so that you can run containerized code. You can also obtain artifact credentials.
To view the credentials, complete the following steps.
- Select the Profile icon from the bottom left corner of any page in the menu bar.
- By default the My Account page appears. Your name and profile icon appears at the top of the page
- Select the Containers & Artifacts link to the left of the page.
- To view the credentials, select the Reveal Credentials button under Container Registry Access. The Access Key ID and Secret Access Key appear.
- Select the copy buttons, one at a time, to copy them to your clipboard.
- To access data within your code objects, look under the Workgroup code and model artifacts bucket.
